Gracie was in her first flash flood, and Jason drove in his first. It was crazy. We were going back to Mom's coming from Granny's house and it started flooding everywhere,cars became boats, you could't see in front of you.
WE were just two blocks from Mom's house and tried to get home, but couldn't. A neighbor we never met let us into his house until the water came down. He helped me, Jason, my Mom and Gracie trudge through the streets to get to his house. It was so crazy!
Jason in the water in front of sweet neighbors house, behind him was a mean lady who yelled at us for even attemping to drive home, because water pushes into her house. Understandable I guess.
