After a 48 hr stay in the hospital we were ready to go home.

The plan was to have Mom, Sunny, and Meggie all at the birth, but Gracie came faster than we had thought, so they didn't make it. Ended up Jason was all I needed.

Gracie looks just like her Daddy but has my nose. They make alot of the same faces.

I love her hands and feet and toes. She has hand feet, when she spreads out her toes they look like hands.

Gracie was born Dec 21st at 10:56 am.The second best day of my life, the first was marring her daddy. I can't explain the feelings when the doctor delivered her and showed us she was a girl and then laid her on my chest. I just couldn't believe it. She was mine, my baby, my baby girl. We made her, God gave her to us. We are her parents forever. We get to keep her, no one is picking her up at 5:30pm.

Just minutes old, the best feeling the whole world to hold her for the first time.

And I thought I was having a big baby, not when she comes 10 days early

Thanksgiving

Well baby didn't come on the 18th, nothing really special happened. It was one of my little girls last day. It was bittersweet b/c mom is able to quit work and stay home . I helped interview for a friend of mine. She is hiring an assistant at her home daycare and I can use them if I need a sub. I never interviewed before, it was great experience and we found some really great girls. My feet swelled even more, I have elephant feet, cankles, etc,.

Baby didn't come the 19th either, but it did start moving more, like it found a pocket of extra room and has been stretching out. It is so amazing how my belly has grown. Friday morning Tana dropped off Macy, I reached down to pick something up and bumped Macy on the head with my belly and knocked her down, right in front of her mom. Kinda embarrassing.

I have heard more from people I am having a girl. What a surprise if little Blaze comes out! Come out baby we want to meet you!!!
